What's New at GMI?
In Genesis 8: 22. It says that “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease”. Planting a seed is one of the ways you can predict the future. When a farmer plants seed, he expects that in a few months that he will receive a harvest of crops. The same is true of us, if daily we plant seeds of prayer, good thoughts, good advice and even money, we will receive a harvest in the future, this is a recognized secret of success.
As I worked on this weeks thought; I felt strongly that I must help you understand the power of the seed. When you plant a seed the Lord will help you to prevent past errors from destroying your future. When you plant a seed the Lord will help you to weed out the people around you who are there only to use you. When you plant a seed the Lord will help you with the emotional issues in your life from relationships that are going bad or that have already gone bad.
The action that is needed now is for you to water your garden, understanding what Paul the Apostle said in 2 Corinthians 9 :6,7 “He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver”. A good harvest experience will change your life for the better. The thought this week is: SEEDTIME AND HARVEST
Testimony or Prayer: Lord I pray that you will give each one their hearts desire at this moment. I pray that you will send each one a harvest, that they will not have room enough to receive it. I pray that you will increase each one in a multitude of ways and cause their income to be more than their bills for the next three month, this I ask in no other name than, the name of Jesus.
